Houston Rockets guard Amen Thompson was suspended two games without pay by the NBA for fighting with Miami Heat guard Tyler Herro, who avoided a suspension but was fined $25,000, the league announced Tuesday.

The NBA has suspended Houston’s Amen Thompson for two games and Miami’s Terry Rozier for one game over their roles in a skirmish in the final moments of the Rockets-Heat game on Sunday night.

Two Rockets players — Thompson and Jalen Green — were ejected along with Udoka and Rockets assistant coach Ben Sullivan. The Heat’s Terry Rozier and Herro were also ejected for their part in the altercation. Rockets point guard Fred VanVleet was ejected in the previous play for arguing about a five-second call.
