The bodies of two Israeli-American hostages abducted by Hamas on October 7 were recovered from southern Gaza during a military operation, according to a statement from Israeli military and the Shin Bet security agency.

Judi Weinstein Haggai, 70, and her husband Gadi Haggai, 72, were murdered during the Hamas-led attacks on 7 October 2023.

The Israeli military and Shin Bet, Israel's domestic security agency, recovered Judith Weinstein-Haggai, 70, and Gad Haggai, 72, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said.
