NFL draft officially gets underway on Thursday night in Green Bay, Wisconsin. The New York Giants enter the draft with eight picks in tow, including the No. 3 overall selection, which is expected to be used on Penn State edge rusher Abdul Carter.

During an appearance Thursday on Get Up, ESPN's Dan Graziano said the Giants prefer Dart over Sanders as the top quarterback in the draft outside of Miami's Cam Ward after doing their due diligence on the position.

The Giants have the No. 3 overall in the NFL Draft, which begins Thursday at 8 p.m. With a 10-minute time limit for each team to make a selection, the Giants' pick could come just before 8:30 p.m.
