The NBA playoffs are nearly here, and, in the Western Conference, we finally have an idea of what the postseason matchups might look like. Entering Sunday's 15-game slate, we know the top three seeds will be the Oklahoma City Thunder,

James Harden had 12 of his game-high 39 points in overtime Sunday afternoon, delivering the Los Angeles Clippers a 124-119 win over the Golden State Warriors in San Francisco that sends the Clippers into the playoffs while relegating the Warriors to the play-in bracket.

The Clippers locked up the No. 5 seed with the win and will play the Nuggets. The Warriors fell into the play-in with the loss and will play Memphis in the 7-8 game.
