Yankees infielder Jazz Chisholm Jr., who has been on the injured list since April 30, could be back as soon as Tuesday and is likely to play third base when he returns.

Jazz Chisholm Jr. wrapped up his minor league rehab assignment with Double-A Somerset on Sunday, going 0-for-3 with a strikeout as the designated hitter. In all, Chisholm played in three rehab games and is expected to be activated off the injured list before the Yankees begin a three-game series with the Cleveland Guardians at the Stadium.
