Harvey Weinstein begged a Manhattan judge to move up his next sexual assault trial on Wednesday morning, with the disgraced film producer pleading he may not be around much longer due to his poor health.

Weinstein pushed at a court hearing for an earlier trial date, citing his health. "I can’t hold on anymore," he said.

Calling Rikers a “stain on this city,” Weinstein, 72, said he was advocating on behalf of all detainees at the jail.

Weinstein was arraigned in September on the count of a criminal sexual act in the first degree, which stemmed from a recent indictment returned by a grand jury. He pleaded not guilty to the charge, which carries a sentence of up to 25 years in prison.

Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Curtis Farber said scheduling prevented him from holding the trial at and earlier date.
