A new “Avatar destination” is coming to Disneyland that will be inspired by Avatar- The Way of Water and will also take inspiration from the upcoming Fire and Ash third film along with future Avatar films.

The Disneyland Resort is making a major change as they just confirmed that Monsters, Inc. Mike & Sulley to the Rescue! at California Adventure is set to close in early 2026 to make way for a new Avatar “experience.
