The former law enforcement officer questioned in the death of a Titusville woman who had gone missing has been formally charged.

David Armstrong Barber, 35, was also charged with arson, burglary of an occupied structure, abuse of a dead body, theft and tampering with evidence.

The Titusville Police Department announced Monday that a man had been charged in the killing of a woman who disappeared last week.
