Kristin Davis admitted to having a “thinness issue” while filming ‘Sex and the City.’ She recalled struggling so much that friend and costar Sarah Jessica Parker told her that she had body dysmorphia.

“There were times when Sarah Jessica would be like, ‘You have body dysmorphia,’” Davis recalled Parker telling her on the set of the hit HBO series, according to the New York Post.
