Had the weather been a bit more cooperative and the winds a tad friendlier, Jorge Polanco’s excellent evening would have turned into arguably the greatest game of his major league career.

Polanco drove in all five runs on Tuesday as the Mariners beat the Los Angeles Angels at T-Mobile Park. He had two homers and narrowly missed a third.
