Shattered glass and piles of rubble littered the floors of Soroka Medical Center on Thursday, after an Iranian missile ripped through the hospital in Israel's south, injuring dozens.

Israel's main southern hospital sustained a direct hit Thursday from an Iranian missile as Israel attacked a heavy water reactor in Iran.

No one was killed in the morning barrage, but scores were treated for injuries as missiles hit multiple cities.
