Dexter was a post-tropical cyclone in the North Atlantic Ocean Thursday morning Eastern time, the National Hurricane Center said in its latest advisory. Dexter is the fourth named storm to form in the Atlantic in 2025. It was not expected to be an immediate threat to land.
