The 16,600-square-foot Bing Crosby Estate in the San Francisco Bay Area suburb of Hillsborough, California, is now available on the real estate market for $40 million. The listing agent is Jennifer Gilson of Golden Gate Sotheby’s International Realty.

In terms of the top price points across the Bay Area, a number of unique mansions have also come online over the past month, including Bing Crosby's $40 million Hillsborough listing, former Googler Ben Ling's $17.5 million Glen Park palace and the highest-elevation house in San Francisco at 150 Glenbrook Ave.
