Oscar and Emmy winner Kieran Culkin will play Caesar Flickerman in the 'Hunger Games' prequel 'Sunrise on the Reaping,' a role originated by Stanley Tucci in the first four movies.

Sunrise on the Reaping will release next year, and Lionsgate has confirmed several cast members for the prequel.

Elle Fanning has signed on to play Effie Trinket in Suzanne Collins adaptation 'The Hunger Games: Sunrise on the Reaping.'
