Yesterday, FX and Hulu unleashed the long-awaited series, Alien: Earth, with a two-episode streaming premiere. Fans tuned in with nerves […]
The series by creator Noah Hawley is described as a spin-off to the original Ridley Scott-directed film, " Alien ," from 1979. The film follows a space crew aboard the starship, Nostromo, who are on their journey back home when they receive a distress call from an alien vessel.
Ridley Scott’s “Alien” franchise has landed on TV with “Alien: Earth,” a prequel series set two years before the original space horror movie. It follows a brand new cast full of humans, synths, Xenomorphs and more as a group of soldiers investigate a crashed ship on Earth and discover some terrifying secrets inside.
"Alien: Earth" Season 1 had a two-episode premiere Tuesday and will play out over the course of six more episodes. Sydney Chandler and Alex Lawther star.
Alien: Earth will have 8 episodes that will air on FX and Hulu on Tuesday nights at 8 P.M. ET/PT. The show premiered its first two episodes back-to-back, while the next episodes will continue to air weekly one at a time.

Moreover, because Barrie’s work isn’t quite as anodyne and sweet as Disney’s animated film.
