Celtics forward Jaylen Brown, who missed the last three games of the regular season because of a lingering bone bruise in his right knee, was a full participant in Tuesday’s practice at the Auerbach Center. “He looked great today,” forward Al Horford said. “I was very happy to see him out there doing everything.
