Feb. 26 (UPI) -- A new season of Doctor Who, starring Ncuti Gatwa as the Doctor and Alan Cumming as a cartoon, will arrive on Disney + April 12. Gatwa, the show's 15th doctor, will return in Season 2, alongside Varada Sethu and Millie Gibson, as Belinda and Ruby, respectively.

Season 2 of Ncuti Gatwa’s “Doctor Who” is right around the corner, and Alan Cumming is coming along for the ride. Disney and the BBC revealed on Wednesday that a new adventure through time and space will premiere on April 12 at 12 a.

The streamer has set a spring premiere date for season two of its mystery-of-the-week series, starring Natasha Lyonne as a woman who can read when anyone is lying and — while on the run from some bad people — uses her skill to solve murders in the places she stops.

It’s not too late to start watching season two of the “Yellowstone” prequel, “1923″ that dropped on Paramount+ on Sunday, Feb. 23. Subsequent episodes are slated to drop every Sunday.
