Morro Bay police are asking for help locating a man considered at-risk who was last seen leaving Cuesta College on Wednesday.
Morro Bay resident Michael Lee Finley was last seen by his job coach on Wednesday afternoon at the Cuesta College Regional Transit Authority bus stop.
