The changes, spotted by 9to5Mac, allow developers to steer users outside Apple’s App Store to make external purchases in compliance with the ruling.

Following the court ruling over Apple’s App Store, the company has updated its App Store policy and App Review Guidelines (via MacRumors) to reflect the immediate changes required in the United States. For the first time ever, apps will be allowed to support external purchases rather than being required to use Apple’s in-app payment system.
