I am clearly signed in as the screen says "Hi, John" But the only two options presented are Try DirecTV Stream (where I'm prompted to pick a package) and Sign. Out.

To do that, you can follow these steps below: Change your user ID from your Profile - Sign in at directv.com. - Select Change under User ID.

I thought since DIRECTV was connected to ATT - everything had to be under the “ATT master account”. Please confirm or explain because I’ve been intermittently having to sign-in multiple times a day on DIRECTV, Att-Yahoo mail and Netflix!
